Role & responsibilities

1. Admission Enquiries &
- Counselling

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp and other channels.

- Understand the requirements, expectations and concerns of parents.

- Provide accurate information about the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, activities, fee structure and admission process.

- Explain eligibility criteria, required documents, admission timelines and other procedures.

- Provide personalised counselling to parents and students based on their requirements.

1. Lead Management &
- Follow-up

- Maintain and regularly update admission enquiry and lead records.

- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, messages and emails.

- Track each enquiry from initial contact to application and final admission.

- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families and minimise missed opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/admission management system.

1. Campus Visits &
- School Interaction

- Coordinate and conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.

- Present the school's academic and co-curricular offerings effectively.

- Coordinate with teachers and relevant departments for parent interactions when required.

- Create a positive and welcoming experience for visiting families.

1. Admission Process Coordination

- Coordinate the complete admission process, including application forms, assessments, interviews and documentation.

- Verify that required documents are submitted and properly maintained.

- Coordinate with the academic, finance and administration teams for admission formalities.

- Ensure parents are informed about the next steps and timelines.





- Support the student onboarding process after admission confirmation.

1. Business Development &
- Outreach

- Support the school in achieving enrolment and admission objectives.

- Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, education fairs and other promotional activities.

- Build relationships with prospective parents, feeder schools and relevant community networks.

- Support school outreach activities and lead-generation initiatives.

- Maintain awareness of competitor schools, local education trends and parent expectations.

1. Parent Relationship Management

- Build strong and professional relationships with prospective and existing parents.

- Respond promptly to parent queries and concerns.

- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information.

- Ensure a high-quality parent experience throughout the admission journey.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority when required.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Degree/Diploma in Education, Management, Marketing, Psychology or a related field will be an advantage.
