About Wabii Sabii

Wabii Sabii is a contemporary Pan-Asian dining concept in Kokapet, Hyderabad, focused on thoughtfully crafted food, intimate dining and a distinctive hospitality experience.

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident and warm personality to join our Front of House team.

For this role, personality, presentation and the ability to connect naturally with guests are more important than extensive restaurant experience. Candidates with limited experience but the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The Role

As a Waitress / Front of House Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating the Wabii Sabii experience.

You should be someone who is:

- Naturally warm, friendly and welcoming.
- Comfortable speaking with different types of guests.
- Well-spoken and confident in communication.
- Well-groomed and conscious of personal presentation.
- Attentive to small details.
- Calm and composed during busy service.
- Interested in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
- Explain dishes and answer basic questions about the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Check on guests during their dining experience without being intrusive.
- Maintain clean, organised and presentable tables.




- Communicate guest requirements clearly to the kitchen and management.
- Assist with table setup and closing duties.
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
- Maintain the overall presentation and ambience of the dining area.
- Ensure every guest receives attentive and respectful service.
- Support the team during busy periods and special dining experiences.

Grooming & Personality – SIGNIFICANT We are looking for personality before experience.

Candidates should demonstrate

Previous restaurant experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.




- Additional languages such as Hindi or Telugu are an advantage.
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends and during peak dining hours.
- Must be punctual, reliable and willing to learn.
- Candidates from hospitality, aviation, retail, luxury service or customer-facing backgrounds are welcome to apply.
