### About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities for India Rubber Expo (IRE) 2028. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling GST and statutory compliance, managing invoices and payments, and supporting the finance team throughout the planning and execution of the exhibition.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST filing, invoicing, reconciliations and general accounting, preferably in an exhibition, events, association or project-based environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts in Tally.
- Record and verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
- Prepare and issue invoices to exhibitors, sponsors, partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Handle GST accounting and filing, including preparation and coordination for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST compliances.
- Verify GST details, tax invoices, HSN/SAC codes, input tax credit and applicable tax rates.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns as applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for GST, TDS, audits and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, vendors and internal teams for accounting and compliance-related matters.
- Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, expense statements and basic financial summaries for management.
- Track project-wise income and expenses for IRE 2028 and assist in monitoring budgets.
- Maintain proper records of exhibitor payments, sponsorship income, booth bookings and other project-related collections.
- Verify vendor bills and supporting documents before processing payments.




- Assist in preparing event-wise profitability and expenditure statements.
- Ensure timely filing and maintenance of all statutory and financial records.
- Support the finance team during the exhibition period for onsite collections, vendor payments, reconciliations and financial documentation.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the management.

### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 25 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Valuable working knowledge of GST and GST return filing.
- Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, invoicing and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments and external stakeholders.
