We are hiring Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at a new upscale restaurant in Cavelossim, South Goa, serving French and Italian cuisine alongside a light selection of Goan dishes.

Our restaurant is designed for a high-end local and international clientele, with a strong focus on quality food, beautiful presentation and warm, professional service.

We are looking for friendly, attentive and professional people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and understand how to make guests feel welcome and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service

✅ Present and explain the menu, daily specials, ingredients and preparation when required

✅ Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system

✅ Develop strong menu knowledge and confidently recommend dishes and beverages

✅ Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and Food Runners

✅ Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards

✅ Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond quickly to requests

✅ Prepare, maintain and reset tables and service stations

✅ Present bills and handle payments accurately

✅ Maintain excellent standards of grooming, cleanliness and professionalism

✅ Support colleagues during busy service periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

✔ Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment

✔ Experience with international or high-end clientele is an advantage





✔ Very good command of English and Hindi + third language

✔ Friendly, confident and professional communication with guests

✔ Valuable knowledge of restaurant and table service

✔ Ability to learn the menu and confidently explain dishes and ingredients

✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills

✔ Excellent grooming and personal hygiene

✔ Reliable, punctual and guest-focused
