Role Description The Volunteer role at Consilio LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. Volunteers will support legal and eDiscovery projects by assisting with document organization, data entry, basic research, and quality checks under the guidance of project leads. The role may include helping coordinate review workflows, preparing simple reports or summaries, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Volunteers will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established procedures and security protocols, and contribute to a professional, inclusive, and compliant work environment. This position offers exposure to the legal services and technology sectors and the opportunity to learn best practices in document review and eDiscovery operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform accurate data entry, document organization, and basic administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical thinking,



and problem-solving skills to support legal and eDiscovery projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow instructions and provide clear updates.
- Comfort with using computers, productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets), and learning new tools or platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Demonstrated integrity and respect for confidentiality, with an interest in legal services, compliance, or technology.
- Relevant education or training in law, business, information technology, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Prior internship, volunteer, or project experience in skilled or academic settings is an advantage.
