VMC Programmer (Vertical Machining Center)

Location: Ghaziabad

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and modify CNC programs for VMC machines (Fanuc/Siemens controllers)
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Perform trial runs and ensure product quality
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle time
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
- Maintain proper documentation of programs and processes

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of VMC programming (G-code / M-code)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T; knowledge
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations and maintenance

Preferred:

- Experience in manufacturing/laser machine industry
- Knowledge of multi-axis machining
- Familiarity with production planning

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
