We currently have urgent requirement for VMC Operators. Please find the attached JD for your reference.

Job Title: VMC Operator

Reports To: Manager- CNC Machine shop

Job Overview:

VMC Operator with machining experience of Automobile & Aerospace parts,

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Job setting & uploading Programming on VMC machines

· knowledge of Mitsubishi M70, Haas, Fanuc control

· Use measuring tools such as gauges, Vernier calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers to perform tool changes and radius offsets

· Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

· Ability to read engineering drawings, charts and tables

· knowledge of handling measuring instruments

· Valuable communication abilities

· Daily maintenance of CNC machines.





· Maintaining ISO & AS9100 standard documents. And 5-S activities in Shop floor.

Qualifications:

- Edu Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Aeronautics,
- Experience: 2 to 6years
- Software Skills: Basis Knowledge of CNC 3D & 2D programming
- Language Known: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & English,

Qualification :Any ITI /Diploma Number of Open Positions: 10+

Job Location: Bengaluru -560100

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Shift: Rotational shifts
