We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visualizer to join our mainline advertising team. The ideal candidate should have solid conceptual and design skills, a deep understanding of visual communication, and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful advertising ideas across print, outdoor, marketing collaterals and branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, guiding them in producing high-quality creative work.
- Conceptualize, ideate and design advertising layouts, print campaigns, outdoor creatives, brochures, and other mainline communication materials.
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to deliver effective and original concepts.
- Ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and attention to detail across all deliverables.




- Manage projects from concept to execution within tight deadlines.
- Present and communicate creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency or similar creative environment, with Real Estate experience preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong foundation in art direction, typography, layout design, color theory, and branding.
- Hands-on experience with print production processes and artwork finalization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills.
