You may have visited or heard of events like Auto Expo, technology shows, business expos and industry exhibitions.

One such major trade show of the country is Convergence India, where thousands of visitors, businesses, technology companies and industry professionals come together under one roof.

But what does it take to bring all these people to the show?

Join Exhibitions India Group as a Visitor Promotion Intern and get hands-on experience in the work that happens before a major exhibition comes to life.

What will you do? Responsibilities

This is a beginner-friendly internship. You don't need prior experience.

You will learn and work on:

- Calling: Call companies and professionals and invite them to visit our exhibitions.
- Visitor + Delegate Promotion: Speak to potential visitors and share basic information about the event.
- Data Mining: Search online for company and contact information.
- Data Entry: Enter and update information in Excel and databases.
- Database Updating: Keep visitor and company information accurate and updated.
- Answer basic queries from visitors and provide the required information.
- Maintain daily calling and data records.

Who can apply? Freshers are welcome!

This internship is suitable if you:

- Are a fresher or have 0-1 year of experience
- Are comfortable speaking on the phone
- Can communicate in basic, clear English
- Have basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Are comfortable using a computer and searching online




- Want to learn how exhibitions and large events work
- Are willing to work from the office and learn on the job

Internship Details

- Company: Exhibitions India Group (EIG)
- Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
- Duration: Till 25 March 2027
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, regular office hours
- Stipend: 15,000 20,000 per month
- Experience: Freshers / 0-1 year
- Interview: In-person at our Head Office, Delhi
