About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer with experience in visa application processing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file visa applications accurately.
- Check and verify client documents.
- Complete application forms and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents.
- Track applications and follow up on pending requirements.
- Maintain proper records of applications.
- Ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in visa filing/immigration processing.
- Experience with Tourist Visa or Partner Visa applications preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
