Company Description Monks & Monkeys Travels Private Limited (MnM Travels) is a Delhi-based destination management company and tour operator founded in 2008. The company designs and operates inbound journeys across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet for overseas tour operators, travel agencies, group organizers, and individual travelers. MnM Travels combines strong local destination expertise with multilingual communication, particularly for Russian-speaking and international markets, supported by reliable on-ground execution.

Its services include customized FIT and group tours, cultural and festival journeys, special-interest programs, accommodation, transportation, skilled guides, and complete ground-handling, alongside domestic and outbound travel solutions. MnM Travels is recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and is a member of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), collaborating with a wide network of global tourism partners.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in South Delhi.

The Visa

Consultant will advise clients on visa and immigration requirements for various destinations, ensuring applications comply with current regulations and embassy guidelines.

Responsibilities include assessing client profiles, recommending suitable visa categories, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating appointments, and tracking application status. The role involves regular communication with clients, embassies, and internal teams, maintaining accurate records,



updating internal knowledge on changing immigration rules, and supporting tour operations with timely visa processing.

The Visa

Consultant will also help streamline visa-related processes, contribute to client-facing information materials, and provide clear, professional guidance throughout the visa application lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Visas and Immigration, including basic understanding of Immigration Issues and relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to provide clear Consulting support to clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, application checks, and deadline management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and the ability to maintain accurate digital records and reports.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or immigration consulting, ideally with international clients, is beneficial.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in travel, tourism, law, or international relations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with operations and sales teams.
- Comfort with learning changing visa rules and embassy procedures; additional language skills, especially Russian or other foreign languages, are a plus.
