Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Marketing Automation Executive with hands-on experience in CRM management, workflow automation, integrations, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and managing automated workflows across platforms.

Experience Required

- 2 Years of relevant experience in CRM Management & Marketing Automation

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows for marketing and operational processes.
- Administer CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM tools.
- Create integrations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or equivalent automation tools.
- Handle API connections, webhooks, and data synchronization between systems.
- Set up and manage email marketing workflows and automated sequences.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, lead pipelines, and tracking systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows regularly for seamless operations.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for process alignment.

Required Skills




- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform.
- Robust expertise in automation workflow creation using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.

Good to Have
- Advanced Zapier or Make automation scenario experience.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email template editing.
- Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and tracking tools.
- Understanding of lead lifecycle and CRM reporting.
