About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our design studio. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, video direction, camera operations, and post-production.

This role requires someone who can take a project from concept to final output, from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality videos. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-powered video generation tools to explore new creative possibilities and improve production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Videography & Cinematography: Plan and execute professional video shoots for brand campaigns, social media content, advertisements, product videos, corporate films, and lifestyle content.
- Video Direction: Understand creative briefs, develop shot concepts, plan scenes, and direct shoots to achieve the desired visual narrative.
- Camera Handling: Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, promotional films, and other digital content with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual appeal.
- Post-Production: Handle colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, visual effects, subtitles, and final video exports.
- AI Video Generation: Use AI-powered tools for video generation, image-to-video animation,



creative transitions, visual enhancement, and experimental content production.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, social media strategists, creative directors, and marketing teams to develop impactful visual content.
- Content Adaptation: Create and optimise videos for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Production Planning: Assist with storyboarding, shoot planning, location scouting, equipment setup, and production coordination.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with emerging video formats, editing techniques, cinematography trends, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, or video production.
- Robust hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Practical experience with professional camera handling, lenses, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Understanding of cinematography, camera movements, shot selection, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in directing or independently executing video shoots.
- Knowledge of colour grading, audio editing, transitions, and motion graphics.




- Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Good to Have

- Experience in advertising, branding, design studios, or creative agencies.
- Experience shooting commercial advertisements, product films, fashion videos, and lifestyle content.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or other professional colour-grading tools.
- Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design.
- Experience with AI image generation and AI-assisted post-production workflows.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing capabilities.
