About us:

No More Shots is a brand-new creative & social media agency, and we're currently building our team from the ground up.

That means you won't just be joining a company you'll be part of building it.

We're creating a place where ideas, creativity and experimentation come first. A place where work doesn't always feel like work more like being back in college, building something with your friends that you're genuinely excited about.

We're starting small, thinking big and, honestly, we're here to have a lot of fun doing it.

If you're looking for a place where you can experiment, learn, create, make mistakes, try crazy ideas and actually see your work go live you'll probably fit right in.

the role

We don't want someone who just knows how to operate a camera.

We want someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

- Shoot reels, brand films, campaigns & social content
- Handle camera, lighting & composition
- Develop visual approaches for different brands
- Work with creative & strategy teams

- Shoot both planned productions and quick social content

- Help create visual references / shot lists
- Collaborate with editors & creators

- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers can also apply — strong practical knowledge and a good eye for visuals matter more than experience
- Strong understanding of cinematography & visual storytelling
- Good knowledge of cameras, lenses & lighting
- Experience shooting social-first content is a plus
- Understanding of composition, framing & movement
- Ability to work across different visual styles
