Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content for various digital platforms, and ensuring high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing team members, refining cuts based on feedback, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, and optimizing videos for different aspect ratios and formats. The role also involves basic motion graphics work, color correction and grading, and maintaining organized project files and asset libraries.

Editor will contribute ideas to improve content quality and support the development of engaging visual campaigns for client brands.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage and structuring compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to maintain consistent visual style and quality.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements that enhance video content.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and openness to iterative feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in marketing and creative.
- Relevant experience in digital content creation; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past video work is required.
