Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Pune District.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos that align with Riitek’s brand and product messaging, including trimming, sequencing, sound syncing, and basic audio enhancement. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand project objectives, applying color grading for visual consistency, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to improve storytelling. The role involves preparing video assets for various platforms, maintaining organized project files, and adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Editor is also expected to stay updated on industry trends and suggest creative approaches to enhance video content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage end-to-end video creation from raw footage to final output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual look across all projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and overlays.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Ability to work in office in Pune District, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in video editing for tech products, digital content, or marketing campaigns; a portfolio or showreel is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated.
