Role Description The Video Editor will work full time on-site at the Gurgaon office, collaborating closely with directors, producers, and clients to create high-quality video content. Daily responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished videos, arranging sequences, adding transitions, integrating audio, and preparing final outputs for various platforms. The role involves color grading, basic motion graphics integration, and working with design teams to ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.

Editor will also help maintain organized project files, follow production timelines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to handle end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone across projects.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and visual enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and adapt editing style to different formats and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio of past work is essential.
