Company Description: Multifold Technologies LLP is a media production company specializing in end-to-end YouTube content solutions for creators, brands, and businesses worldwide.

We work across faceless YouTube content, providing services including scriptwriting, voice-over, video editing, thumbnail design, and channel management.

We are looking for a YouTube Faceless Video Editor who understands that good YouTube editing is more than simply placing stock footage over a voice-over. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, understand YouTube audience retention, and be able to match a given reference style accurately.

Responsibilities

- Edit long-form, 100% faceless YouTube videos based on scripts and voice-overs provided by the company.
- Work primarily on content across History, War/Military, Animals, AI, Explainer, Documentary, and related niches.
- Independently select appropriate visuals, stock footage, images, animations, and other assets to support the narration.
- Research and source relevant footage from licensed platforms such as Storyblocks, Envato, Pexels, and other approved sources.
- Source footage from YouTube and other platforms only when legally permitted, including Creative Commons or appropriately licensed material.
- Generate or incorporate AI-generated images and videos when required by the project.
- Sync visuals accurately with the provided voice-over and create a strong visual flow throughout the video.
- Use appropriate sound effects, background music, transitions, zooms, pans, camera movements, and other editing techniques to maintain viewer engagement.
- Create maps, timelines, charts, infographics, and other visual elements when required.
- Develop visual storytelling rather than relying on repetitive stock footage.
- Study reference/competitor videos and accurately replicate the required editing style, pacing, structure, and visual language.
- Edit videos with YouTube audience retention and viewer engagement in mind.




- Follow established editing styles, templates, and creative guidelines provided by the company.
- Maintain consistency in editing quality and visual style across different projects.
- Perform a complete quality check (QA) before submitting the final video.
- Ensure proper 16:9 formatting, resolution, export settings, and video quality for YouTube.
- Manage and organize project files, footage, assets, and editing files properly.
- Work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Complete assigned projects within required deadlines.
- Make necessary revisions and adjustments based on project requirements until the final video meets the required standard.
- Ensure all visual, audio, music, and other assets used in a video are appropriately licensed or legally usable.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Previous experience with faceless YouTube channels is mandatory.
- Experience with long-form YouTube videos is required.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of YouTube editing, pacing, hooks, audience retention, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand and accurately follow a reference video's editing style.
- Ability to independently research and select appropriate visual assets.
- Good understanding of copyright, Creative Commons, licensed stock footage, and content usage rights.
- Solid attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous YouTube/faceless video editing work is mandatory.

- Other AI video/image generation tools
- Advanced visual storytelling techniques

After Effects and motion graphics are not mandatory, but candidates who can create or incorporate motion graphics effectively will have an advantage.
