About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing Creative Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content across multiple platforms, from short-form social media reels to long-form brand films and explainer videos. You will collaborate closely with our creative directors, marketing team, and clients to bring visual stories to life. Whether youre a fresher with a passion for storytelling or someone with up to 5 years of experience, we welcome talent at all stages. A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing skills, creativity, and understanding of visual communication is a must.

What Youll Do

- - Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, broadcast-ready video content

- - Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects

- - Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for social media, YouTube, ads, and brand campaigns

- - Sync audio, add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance video quality

- - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video briefs

- - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

- - Optimize and export video content in various formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- - Review final edits and incorporate feedback from stakeholders

- - Maintain organized project files and assets in shared storage

- - Stay updated with the latest video trends,



techniques, and platform algorithms

Requirements

- - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (mandatory)

- - Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation fundamentals

- - Experience with video color grading and correction techniques

- - Familiarity with audio mixing and syncing

- - Ability to work with various video formats and codecs

- - Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills

- - Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under deadlines

- - Good communication and collaboration skills

- - A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work

- - Basic understanding of different social media video formats and specifications

Bonus Points

- - Knowledge of Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools

- - Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender)

- - Understanding of SEO for video content and YouTube optimization

- - Experience with green screen / chroma keying

- - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- - Exposure to corporate or agency environments
