We are looking for a creative, trend-aware content creator who can capture the energy of Varkala and turn real hospitality experiences into engaging social media content.

Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot and edit Reels, Stories, short videos and photos at Skylar, homestays and local attractions.
- Develop fresh ideas based on relevant Instagram and YouTube trends while keeping each brand’s style distinct.
- Write video hooks, short scripts and captions in English and Malayalam.
- Manage posting schedules for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Cover property experiences, food, guest activities and special arrangements through scheduled shoots.
- Monitor comments and messages, responding to general questions and passing booking enquiries to the reservations team.

Requirements




- A portfolio of social media content you planned, filmed or edited.
- Robust understanding of Reels, short-form video and current social media trends.
- Ability to shoot attractive content using a phone or camera and edit it independently.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for shoots and work around planned property events.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
