Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Video Editor at Everything Digital.

The Video

Editor will create, edit, and refine video content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, applying transitions and effects, adjusting color and sound, and preparing final exports for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with designers and marketers, incorporating feedback from stakeholders,



and optimizing video formats for performance and engagement.

The Video

Editor is expected to manage deadlines, maintain organized project files, and stay current with video trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and social media content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create engaging intros, lower thirds, and animated elements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics to design or integrate visual assets that support video storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic audio editing and sound design capabilities, including music and voice-over integration.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media video content; a portfolio of past work is highly valued.
