About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our marketing and content team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, excellent editing skills, and practical experience creating engaging content for digital marketing and social media platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage and creative concepts into high-quality, engaging marketing videos that strengthen the company's digital presence and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit professional videos for digital marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and corporate communication.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Edit long-form videos, corporate videos, presentations, interviews, and other marketing content as required.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver suitable video content.
- Add appropriate transitions, graphics, animations, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual style, quality, and storytelling across all video content.
- Handle colour correction, basic colour grading, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
- Select and organize suitable footage, music, graphics, and other creative assets.
- Adapt videos into different formats and dimensions for various social media and digital platforms.
- Work within deadlines and manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, editing techniques, and digital content trends.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and improve audience engagement.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet professional quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing or a related creative role.
- Professional qualification/certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, colour grading, and audio editing will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and digital marketing content.
- Good creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into engaging visual content.
- Strong time-management and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
