Our clients operate across B2B industrial, healthcare and consumer sectors in India and the US. Our video work includes social media reels, advertising creatives, product videos, testimonials, founder content and campaign promotions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor with 2–5 years of professional experience to work on DSIT Solutions’ brand content and client accounts. You will collaborate with our marketing, design and account management teams, reporting directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, long-form content, product demonstrations, advertising creatives and promotional videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, on-screen text, motion graphics, transitions, logo animations and basic 2D animation.
- Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, mixing and sound design. Export videos in the correct formats, aspect ratios and file sizes for each platform.
- Create different hooks and video-length variations for testing across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Organise footage, project files and exports; maintain version control; incorporate feedback; and coordinate approvals while meeting deadlines across multiple client accounts. Maintain brand consistency and protect company and client information.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have 2–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a digital agency or an in-house marketing team.

Working command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required; experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is also considered. You should understand motion graphics, basic animation, social-media pacing, strong opening hooks, colour grading, audio editing and caption workflows, including burned-in subtitles and SRT files.

Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is expected for thumbnails and supporting static assets. You should be organised, comfortable handling multiple client accounts and able to communicate in English for briefs, feedback and coordination.

A portfolio or showreel is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Skills

Graphic design ability, experience creating Meta and Google advertising videos, and familiarity with healthcare, industrial or e-commerce content are advantages. Knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools, basic shooting and lighting, audio recording, scripting, storyboarding and reusable brand templates will also be valued.

Salary and Working Schedule The salary is up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio,



with negotiation available for strong candidates.

This is primarily a work-from-office role in Makarpura, Vadodara, with remote work when required. Working hours are 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus 4 hours on alternate Saturdays, with flexible timing on working Saturdays. Alternate Saturdays are off. Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
