About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, a good understanding of social media content, and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools. The candidate should be comfortable taking a project from concept and raw assets to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit product videos, social media reels, promotional videos, digital ads, brand videos, and campaign content.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, text animations, motion graphics, sound effects, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Work with product footage, images, graphics, stock footage, screen recordings, and AI-generated assets to create compelling videos.
- Adapt videos into different aspect ratios and formats based on platform requirements.
- Ensure videos maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity, style, and communication guidelines.

AI & Creative Content

- Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, image enhancement, background removal, creative ideation, voice generation, and content development.
- Write and refine effective AI prompts for generating images, videos, and other creative assets.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional video editing and production assets.
- Explore and test new AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality, productivity, and production efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI-driven creative technologies and video trends.

Software Knowledge Required

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop





Positive to Have

- Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Experience with other video, audio, or AI creative software

AI Tools

Hands-on experience with any AI image, video, audio, voice-generation, or creative-content tools is preferred.

Examples include tools used for:

- AI image generation
- AI video generation
- Image/video enhancement
- Background removal
- Voice generation and voiceovers
- AI-assisted editing
- Creative concept development

(Knowledge of specific AI tools is not mandatory as long as the candidate demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn new AI workflows.)

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of video editing principles, composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and current video trends.
- Ability to create engaging videos independently from concept to final execution.
- Strong attention to detail, timing, pacing, transitions, and visual consistency.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visual content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to experiment with new creative and AI-based workflows.

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, social media content, motion graphics, or promotional video work.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.
- Experience working with AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.
