Mining Operations :-

Responsible for overall Operation of Opencast Iron Ore Mines.

Using various techniques to determine the best method of mining & planning the location and development of metalliferous mines.

Preparation of Mining Plan for approval of Indian Bureau of Mines (Govt. Of India)

Planning the mining layout roads for truck movement waste dumps, water drainage etc as well as returning the mining site to its natural state after the deposits have been exhausted.

Selection, Coordination and deployment of Heavy Equipments for mining.

Carrying out pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and control the cost of the operation. Out-sourcing of mining operations for excavation of ore & removal of waste.

Meeting stipulated targets in production, quality and cost. Planning for future development.

Inspecting the mine for dangers and as per the provision of Mines Act and various regulations applicable to mines and recording that the mine has been inspected and that it is safe. Maintained safe working condition. No man hours lost or due to accident

Liaison with state governments and central government officials for EIA ,EMP ,approval of mining plan

- Heading entire Logistics & Mining Operation activity and meeting the desired production targets.
- Managing liaisoning activity from different state & central government like pollution department, IBM, DGMS,
- Weight & Measurement department, railway and collect orate etc.
- Managing with local liaison such as villagers.
- Well exposed for designing a systematic mine for Iron ore & limestone deposit
- Mine Planning and mining operations
- Having expertise of maintenance and operation of input crushing plants of double rotor of 1200 tph.
- 8 Designing the drilling and blasting pattern for deep hole.
- Monitoring of environmental impact assessment, environment management plan and mines surveying.




- Monitoring production in terms of quality and quantity by coordination with Quality Control and Production departments.

Production Planning & Control :- Conducting random online quality inspections to ensure that product quality standards are adhered to at all stages of the manufacturing process.

Monitoring the Production status, procedures & systems followed in production to ensure compliance norms with desired quality and quantity as per target.

Man Management :-

Motivating teams & ensuring there career development & positive contribution to the company.

Imparting training to various personnel, thereby ensuring optimum performance.

Determining manpower requirement in accordance to manpower rationalisation & production norms.

Liaison for State Govt. :-

Handling the entire Commercial, PR & Relationship Management, Statutory Compliance Mgt., Cost Management & MIS, Industrial Laws, Site Management & General Administrative matters pertaining to the new project.

Obtaining NOC or Registrations or Approvals or Licenses from respective State & Central Govt. or Semi-govt. bodies or local authorities and responsible for Statutory Compliance Management. Keeping liaison with state and central govt. authorities, Industries Department, Forest and Environment Authorities, Pollution Control Board , Labour Department, Railway authorities.

Equipment Maintenance Management :-

- Ensure higher availability & utilization of equipment by timely scheduling of operations, monitoring production to ensure compliance with quality & safety standards.
- Preparation &monitoring; of revenue budgets and responsible for costs and inventory control.




- Co-ordinate with operating staff for upkeep of equipment in perfect working order
- Impart appropriate training on operation, maintenance as per safety standards. Training for motivation, excellence as well as teamwork for support service staff.

Education Qualifications :-

- B Tech Mining
- Managers First Class Certificate of Competency to manage a metalliferrous mine (restricted to mines having opencast work only), under the metalliferrous mines regulation, 1961.
