- Conduct verification over emails and calls
- Ensure verification are initiated as per client specifications
- Follow-up with verification sources to ensure timely closure
- Ensure verified content is reported accurately
- Close verification within SLA-defined timelines
- Maintain highest level of quality and process integrity
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned production targets
- Adhere to quality parameters specified for the process
- Ensure continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, responsiveness and operational processes
