Roles and Responsibilities :
- Verify patient eligibility for medical services before processing claims.
- Conduct thorough verification of patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in claim submissions, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in AR calling, eligibility verification, or medical billing.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
