Venue Manager – Ardee Racquet Club (ARC)

Location: New Friends Colony

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Ardee Racquet Club and ensure a seamless experience for members, guests, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily venue operations and ensure smooth functioning of the club.
- Oversee events, bookings, and on-ground activities.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and external service providers.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and presentation.
- Handle member/guest queries and resolve operational concerns promptly.
- Monitor staff schedules, performance, and overall service delivery.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in venue management, hospitality, clubs, events, or a related field.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and handle fast-paced operations.
- Experience in sports clubs, premium hospitality, or recreational facilities will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
