Job Summary

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding & Catalogue Executive to manage vendor onboarding and product catalogue readiness for an e-commerce platform.

The candidate will be responsible for taking vendors from initial handover through catalogue preparation, quality checking, platform upload and final go-live.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate vendor onboarding and review vendor handover information.
- Review raw product catalogues and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Prepare and standardize product data in Excel/Tech Sheets.
- Clean, structure, validate and enrich product catalogue data.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, pricing, dimensions, SKUs, variants and images.
- Perform detailed catalogue QA before upload.
- Upload finalized product catalogues to the platform and perform post-upload QA.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing or corrected product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, Finance, Tech and third-party catalogue partners.
- Track catalogue progress from handover to go-live.




- Manage post-launch catalogue updates and corrections.
- Identify recurring catalogue issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, catalogue operations, vendor onboarding or product/data operations.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working with large Excel files and product data.
- Experience with SKU, pricing, product attributes, dimensions and variants.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for data cleaning, structuring and enrichment.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Solid ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple catalogues simultaneously.

Preferred: Experience with furniture, home dcor, lighting, appliances, interiors or related product categories.
