Sourcing
- Identify car rental operators in target cities through local operator networks, referrals, online search, and direct outreach
- Identify individual car drivers who can be onboarded as vendors for Palanquin
2.
Remote
Vetting
- Document verification of vendors, including registration papers, permits, insurance, driver licences
- Background checks on the vendor and their drivers, adapted from Palanquin's existing SOP
3. Negotiation & Onboarding
- Set standard vendor rates per city, city by city
- Adapt the Vendor Onboarding SOP
- Ensure every vendor agrees to mandatory GPS tracking, photo verification, and OTP-based guest confirmation as non-negotiable onboarding conditions
4. Coordination with Sales
- Work in lockstep with the Sales Manager, and Guest Relations Team
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
