We are looking for a Valuation & Technical Support Executive to join our valuation and consultancy team in Pune.

This is a role involving primarily office-based reporting and technical support, along with site visits when required.

The candidate will work with senior members of the team on valuation and consultancy assignments. Initial responsibilities will include organizing information, working with Word and Excel, preparing sections of reports, entering and checking data, compiling documents and assisting senior team members with ongoing assignments.

The candidate will also participate in property, industrial and project site inspections as required.

Prior experience in valuation or technical consultancy is not necessary. Freshers who are comfortable working with numbers, documents and structured reports and are interested in learning are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior team members in preparation of valuation and consultancy reports.
- Enter, organize and verify information received from clients, banks and other sources.
- Work with Microsoft Word and Excel for reports, calculations, tables and supporting schedules.
- Compile financial, technical, project and property information into structured report formats.
- Review documents and identify missing information or inconsistencies for follow-up.
- Assist with preparation of annexures, photographs and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized files and records for ongoing assignments.
- Conduct basic internet, market and background research when required.
- Visit properties, factories, project sites and other locations for inspections when required.
- Take photographs, measurements and site notes during inspections.
- Coordinate with clients, office staff and senior team members regarding information required for assignments.




- Assist with valuation, project appraisal, cost-related and other consultancy assignments under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Gradually take on greater analytical and technical responsibilities as experience develops.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or diploma preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Engineering graduates or diploma holders, particularly from Civil, Mechanical or related technical fields, are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates from other backgrounds with good Excel, documentation and numerical skills may also apply.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong English reading and writing ability.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Comfortable working with numbers, tables, documents and detailed reports.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to check work carefully.
- Ability to organize information from multiple documents and sources.
- Comfortable taking instructions and working closely with senior team members.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits when required.
- Owning a vehicle is not required.
- Previous experience in valuation, banking, engineering consultancy, real estate, project reports or similar work is an advantage but not mandatory.

Growth in the Role The successful candidate will initially support senior team members with report preparation, documentation, data organization and site work. As the candidate gains experience, there will be opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of valuation, project appraisal, technical consultancy and related assignments and gradually take responsibility for more analytical parts of the work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
