Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the marketing and placement of IT consultants on bench. The ideal candidate should understand the US IT staffing market, have strong vendor relationships, and experience with C2C, W2, 1099, and contract staffing models.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote bench consultants through LinkedIn, job portals, vendor networks, and staffing databases.
- Source requirements from US staffing vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and direct clients.
- Match consultants with suitable opportunities based on skills, experience, work authorization, location, rate, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
- Develop new vendor contacts through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, networking, referrals, and email.
- Negotiate rates, margins, terms, and placement conditions.
- Coordinate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding with recruiters and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing,
submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS/CRM systems.
- Monitor US staffing trends and consistently follow up to maximize responses, interviews, and placements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly marketing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1- 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales and/or US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with bench sales, consultant marketing, vendor management, and submissions.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories and C2C, W2, 1099, and contract hiring models.
- Strong vendor development, relationship management, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and requirements independently.
- Comfortable working US/EST hours in a target-driven setting
