? Role: US Taxation Associate / Senior Associate

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and review US Federal & State Tax Returns
- Handle US Tax Preparation & Compliance activities
- Prepare tax workpapers, schedules & reconciliations

• Work on Forms 1040, 1065, 1120 & 1120S

- Perform tax research and resolve tax-related issues
- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of assignments

? REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of US Taxation & Tax Compliance

- Understanding of US Federal & State Tax
- Knowledge of US Tax Forms
- Good accounting and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel

- Excellent communication skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Willingness to work in US shifts

? QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• CA / CPA / EA / ACCA / CMA will be an added advantage

- Prior experience in US Taxation / US Accounting preferred
