Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified IT professionals for various client requirements and ensuring timely submissions while maintaining robust candidate relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets for various IT positions.
2. Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
3. Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and interest in the opportunity.
5. Recruit candidates for various IT roles, including Java Developers, .NET Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical positions.
6. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.
7. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
8. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process.
9. Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and fulfill client requirements.
10. Verify candidate availability, work authorization, visa status, and other relevant information in accordance with applicable laws and client policies.

Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations within approved budgets and client requirements.
12. Maintain accurate candidate records, submission details, interview schedules, and recruitment updates in the ATS or internal database.
13. Follow up with candidates and clients regularly to ensure timely feedback and successful placements.
14. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placements.
15. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing is preferred.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
- Familiarity with US job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in a US night shift.

Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting W2, W2 Contract, C2C, and 1099 candidates, as applicable to the company's staffing model.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories and common visa types.
- Experience working with US clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
