Roles and Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with applicants.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
