Role: Senior Tax Accountant - US Tax
Location: Bengaluru (hybrid)
Experience: 10+ years in US tax
Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST, aligned with US business hours
What the role involves
- Preparing US federal, state and local corporate tax returns and workpapers
- Tax accounting work, including ASC 740 provision and book-to-tax reconciliations under US GAAP
- SOX and tax control documentation
- Supporting REIT and partnership tax schedules, notices and audits
- Working closely with the US-based Tax and Accounting teams
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of hands-on US tax experience
- Robust exposure to corporate tax compliance (Form 1120, multi-state)
- ASC 740 and US GAAP knowledge; SOX exposure is a plus
- CA, CPA or EA is preferred, and REIT or real estate exposure is a plus
