US Staffing Account Manager & Business Development Manager

Eros Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to grow our US staffing business and manage our existing client relationships. The ideal candidate has solid relationships with US clients, can bring new clients on board, and can work closely with the recruiting team to deliver on client requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new clients with US staffing requirements.

Manage existing accounts, maintain regular client communication, and identify opportunities to expand business.

Understand open positions, hiring priorities, and delivery expectations; coordinate with recruiters to submit suitable candidates.

Negotiate business terms, rates, and service agreements with clients.

Track submissions, interviews, placements, and account performance.





Resolve client concerns promptly and build long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidate:

5+ years of experience in US staffing account management and business development.

Established relationships with clients and the ability to bring new business to Eros Technologies Inc.

Proven experience managing client accounts and working with recruitment teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
