- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
- Build solid candidate pipelines for recurring roles
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders first round telephonic and then FTF
