US Non-IT Bench Sales Specialist

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Bench Sales Specialist to market and place non-IT consultants with US staffing vendors and end clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, an established vendor network, and proven expertise in consultant marketing, submissions, negotiations, and placement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote US Non-IT consultants to staffing vendors and potential clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with US vendors, recruiters, and hiring partners.

Identify relevant job requirements and submit qualified consultant profiles.

Manage the complete submission process, including follow-ups, interview coordination, feedback, and placement closure.

Negotiate C2C rates and terms with vendors and clients.

Maintain accurate and updated records of consultants, vendors, submissions, interviews, and placements.

Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, job portals,



email campaigns, and other recruitment channels to identify opportunities.

Expand and maintain a robust network of US staffing vendors and recruitment professionals.

Track market trends, hiring demands, and changes in US work authorization and staffing practices.

Achieve individual and team targets related to submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in US Non-IT Bench Sales, Bench Sales, or a similar US staffing role.

Strong understanding of US Non-IT staffing, C2C hiring, and various work authorizations.

Existing relationships with US staffing vendors and recruiters will be an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email marketing.

Strong ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working in US business hours / night shifts.

Graduation is mandatory.
