Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely candidate submissions in accordance with client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful placement.
2. Analyze job descriptions and understand client requirements, technical skills, qualifications, and experience criteria.
3. Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, and qualified networks.
4. Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
5. Verify candidates' availability, work authorization, location preferences, salary expectations, and willingness to relocate, where applicable.
6. Submit qualified candidates to clients within the specified turnaround time.
7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.
8. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
9. Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates in alignment with client budgets and requirements.
10. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
11. Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation,



and joining formalities.
12. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
13. Ensure compliance with client requirements, recruitment policies, and applicable employment regulations.
14. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including sourcing, submissions, interviews, and placements.
15. Work closely with account managers and other recruitment team members to ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with US job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong screening, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Experience Requirements
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in US IT, Non-IT, or Healthcare recruitment will be preferred.

- Number of qualified candidates sourced and screened.
- Number of candidate submissions made to clients.
- Interview scheduling and interview conversion ratio.
- Successful placements and candidate joining ratio.
- Timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Achievement of assigned recruitment targets.
