Job Summary

InventModel Technology Solution is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle, excellent sourcing skills, and hands-on experience working with job portals, ATS/VMS platforms, vendors, and candidates.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating IT professionals for various US-based client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Perform Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Review resumes and conduct initial technical and communication screening.
- Validate candidates' skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with Account Managers, clients, vendors, and recruitment teams.
- Submit qualified candidates within required turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Track candidate status, interview feedback, offers, and joining updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on business needs.
- Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates within approved budgets.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Maintain awareness of current US IT technologies and recruitment practices.
- Follow company recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, QA, Business Analyst, and other IT roles.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment processes.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Comfortable working in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST night shift.

Preferred
- Experience working with US staffing companies or direct US clients.
- Experience with VMS/ATS systems.
- Experience handling multiple requirements with strict submission timelines.
- Previous experience in remote US recruitment is preferred.

Compensation

Pay: ₹30,193.46 - ₹40,292.67 per month
