Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technical roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.




- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
- Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
