- 3 - 5 years of recruitment activities specialized in US Staffing.
- Preferred work experience with the clients like Verizon, Google, Facebook, AT&T;, Roger Communications, etc in US Technical requirements and empaneled vendors.
- Having good knowledge of US TAX terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp basis.
- Excellent proficiency and knowledge in recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job boards (Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch, Ladders etc), Internet search and Internal Database.
- Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Client/Candidate Relationship management.
- Understand Resource Requirements
- Source Right Profiles and Match with Requirements
- Speak with candidates for Preliminary HR Role Fitment
- Speak with candidates for Preliminary Technical Assessment




- Format Profiles and Submit to Technical Team
- Schedule them for Interviews / Follow up etc.,
- Requirement Fulfillment Process, Open / Closed Positions
- Take Approvals and Release Offers & Joining Process.
