Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for technical positions across various industries (IT Services & Consulting).
- Utilize social media platforms to attract candidates and promote job openings.
- Manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or related field (W2/Direct Client/MSP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers or relevant field; B.Tech preferred.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
