- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.

- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.

- Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc.

- Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.

- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.

- Familiar with different US Tax terms, Familiarity with USA tax terms like Corp-Corp ( C2C ), W2, 1099.

- Good resume writing skills - highlighting the resume summaries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the team.





- Valuable understanding of different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2;, GC, TN.

- Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to Monster, Dice, Career builder.

- Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility to ensure you meet your daily, weekly and monthly goals with a sense of urgency.

Required skills

- Mandatory Requirement: Good Headhunting skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn and Dice.

- Works independently and with the team effectively to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.

- Must be highly motivated, dedicated, and results-driven to attain growth goals.

- Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
