We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial technical/communication assessments.
- Recruit for Java, .NET, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, and BA roles.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and records in ATS/CRM.
- Work with hiring managers and account managers on requirements.
- Handle compensation/rate negotiations when required.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of US IT Recruiting/Staffing experience.
- Solid knowledge of US recruitment processes and terminology.
- Excellent Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Experience with W2, C2C, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire hiring models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
