We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiter/ Technical Screener to join our team in a dedicated, full-time remote role.

⚠️ Important Notice: This is a dedicated, full-time position. Candidates must be committed to this role and must not engage in moonlighting or simultaneously work in another job. Any violation will be addressed in accordance with applicable company policies and laws.

? Experience Criteria: Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience or those applying at a senior level will not be considered for this position.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, and qualified networks.
- Experience recruiting Data Engineers, Data Architects, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other technical IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of W2, 1099,



and C2C hiring models.
- Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories, including H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, US Citizen, and OPT/CPT.
- Hands-on experience conducting technical screening interviews for Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, project experience, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to verify candidates’ experience, technical skills, and work authorization.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve recruitment and technical screening targets.
- Must have a personal laptop/computer and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
