About the Role We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to support our growing US staffing and technology consulting requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions across the US market.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based clients, preferably across technologies such as Java, .NET, Azure, MuleSoft, Databricks, Power BI, DevOps, Data Engineering, MDM, ETL, Generative AI and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze technical job requirements received from US clients, partners, and staffing organizations.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, internal databases, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, compensation, and other client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical suitability.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring/client team within agreed turnaround times.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for frequently required technologies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Work closely with Business Development, Account Managers, and technical teams to understand upcoming requirements.
- Support contract, contract-to-hire, staff augmentation, and full-time hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruiting sources.
- Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates where required.
- Ensure candidates are properly qualified before submission to avoid duplicate or low-quality submissions.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and dropouts.
- Meet recruitment turnaround-time and submission targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.
- Experience working with US clients, staffing companies, system integrators, or implementation partners.
- Good understanding of US work authorization categories such as H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in the US time zone/night shift.
