Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Specialist /n Location: Nashik, Maharashtra /n Timings: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 3.30 AM) Night shift /n Experience: 0–3 Years /n Responsibilities: /n /n
- Market and place IT consultants on bench with US staffing vendors/clients
/n
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiters.
/n
- Submit resumes, follow up on interviews, and negotiate rates.
/n
- Maintain consultant and vendor databases.
/n
- Use LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email marketing to generate opportunities.
/n /n Requirements: /n /n
- 0–3 years of US IT Bench Sales experience preferred.
/n
- Knowledge of US IT staffing, work authorizations, and C2C hiring.
/n
- Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
/n
- Existing US vendor contacts/network is a plus.
/n
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
/n
- Graduation is a must.
