We are looking for a talented and experienced or freshers to join our team.

What we're looking for:

- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand current technologies, tools, and recruitment processes.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts based on business requirements.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and common technical job roles.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requirements and candidates.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment portals, ATS systems, MS Office, and online sourcing platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AI-powered recruitment/productivity tools is preferred.
